KRG Board of Investment
It has been established in 2006 by KRG’s Investment Law No. 4. The B.o.I. facilitates investment in all sectors except oil and gas. The B.o.I. serves as a semi “one-stop-shop” between the private sector and relevant government institutions within the Kurdistan Regional Government. It grants public benefits to eligible investment projects by issuing investment licenses to establish investment projects in the region.
